These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Redline Fotos (“Photographer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a session, making a purchase, or accessing any content or services from Redline Fotos, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Redline Fotos provides professional photography services including, but not limited to:

• Automotive and motorsport coverage

• Event photography

• Portrait sessions (individual, couples, family)

• Private online galleries, digital downloads, and print sales

Service availability may vary by season, location, and booking volume.

2. Booking & Payment

• A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to confirm your session.

• Full payment is due by the date of the session unless otherwise specified.

• Failure to pay in full may result in withheld images or cancellation without refund.

3. Session Conduct

• Clients are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for the session.

• Photographer is not responsible for limited image variety due to uncooperative subjects, time constraints, or unforeseen conditions (weather, lighting, etc.).

• Client behavior that is abusive, unsafe, or disrespectful will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

4. Image Editing & Delivery

• Photographer maintains full creative control over the final selection and editing of images.

• Turnaround time for image delivery is typically [2–4 weeks] unless otherwise stated.

• RAW (unedited) files are not included or available for purchase.

• Final images are delivered via a private online gallery with downloadable digital files as outlined in your purchased package.

5. Client Use of Images

• All images are protected by copyright law. Redline Fotos retains full copyright ownership.

• Clients receive a personal-use license to download, share, and print images for non-commercial purposes.

• Commercial usage, resale, or third-party distribution requires a separate license and written permission.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. One complimentary reschedule is allowed.

• Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date within 6 months of the original session.

• Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unsafe weather conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

• In the rare event of equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstance beyond our control, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee or rescheduling at no cost.

• Redline Fotos is not liable for injury, damage, or loss that may occur during a session.

8. Portfolio Use

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Redline Fotos reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including website portfolios, social media, advertising, and printed marketing materials.

9. Third-Party Services

• Any links, recommendations, or referrals to third-party vendors (labs, print providers, event partners, etc.) are not warranties or endorsements. Redline Fotos is not responsible for third-party service quality or errors.

10. Agreement

By booking a session or purchasing any service from Redline Fotos, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
